Winery Overview Chile?s unique geography makes it one of very few grape-growing regions in the world where original European rootstock has been unaffected by phylloxera. Brilliant, light golden-yellow color. The perfumed and elegant nose offers notes of tropical fruit, such as cherimoya and ripe pineapple, while a touch of pear and banana adds complexity to the fruit profile. Delicate notes of white flower petal intermingle very well with the light, nutty aromas of toast. A hint of white asparagus tells of its origins in a coastal climate. The palate starts gently, with refreshing crisp acidity, then opens up with rather voluptuous structure and volume. A certain mineral note, characteristic of the terroir, lingers on in the long and elegant finish.
