While there are always experimental batches and new things to offer at the bar and gift shop, the NULU Straight Bourbon completes and compliments the set. Nose: The nose smells of corn and is on the younger side. As it opens up it evolves to caramel, banana bread, cinnamon, vanilla icing and baking spices.

\n? Palate: At first the palate is creamy, with loads of vanilla and cinnamon hitting the tongue in a pleasant manner. Then it takes a hard left turn and transitions to spice, specifically cracked pepper with a hint little hint of corn.

\n? Finish: The finish is thin, dissipates quickly while leaving a lingering burn/ notes of cracked pepper on the tongue.
