The company's activity includes the production of its own grapes with 50 hectares planted with vines, the transformation, in its own vinification site, of about 50.000 quintals of grapes also conferred by selected local producers, the processing and bottling of 20 millions of liters of wine per year. Now proud of its commercial brands such as "Vite d'Or" "Simphonia", "Castellaccio" and "Cantine Fabri", the company has felt the need to develop a new high-end line , which embraces a more demanding market sector, called: "La Sagrestana".
