      Domaine Rudel is a great discovery from near Marseillan, in the Bassan de Thau in Southern France. This boutique single domaine, owned by the Chamette family, produces only a small amount of Pinot Noir. The proximity of the estate to the sea produces a cooling influence ensuring the grapes maintain finesse.

      Sounds like an incredible field trip.?We usually take a tour of the vineyards on the first day. Then, the next two days are spent working with the winemaker.
