Taken Wine Company was founded in 2009 when a winemaker realized his dream to start his own wine label. Growing up in the winegrowing town of St. Helena in the Napa Valley, wine is in his DNA. The wines are made with the simple philosophy: to craft great wines to share with friends.
This medium-bodied blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot starts with ripe red fruits and light toasted oak. The wine has ripe tannins, great texture and a clean finish with bright acid and a hint of cherry cola.
