A pure expression of Sonoma Coast and what that area does best: Pinot Noir. We really liked the '14 but with the '15 it may be a matter of love, luscious fruits leaping from the glass and caressing the palate. A superb array of dark red cherries and berries (blue-, rasp-, and straw-), with spicy, smoky, dark chocolate aromas and a very attractive herbal lavender nose. Juicy and intense, with a graceful power.
Racy acidity and elegance, while showing a depth and complexity that only the Sonoma Coast can offer... ...[with] blackberry, tea and spice [notes]. Seamless in structure, this Pinot Noir teases the palate with subtlety.
