      Founder John Dewar crafted high quality blended Whiskeys, passing this skill to his son John Alexander, who double-aged his blends in the Company cellars. John Dewar was one of the first Scotsmen to blend Whiskey, and was the first to blend it right. So much so he put his name on the bottle as a mark of quality.

      This Whiskey is honeyed, with flavors of a drizzle of honey poured over Scottish fudge - warm, buttery, and mellow. It has a rich toffee component, reminiscent of macadamia toffee topped with coconut shavings - rich, buttery, and sweet. It has a full finish of rich oak with a swirl of caramel. It is complex, lingering, and smooth.
