Compass Box Affinity is a blend of Scotch Whiskey and Calvados. The Calvados, a cider-based liqueur made from apples and pears, has been sourced from the Christian Drouin distillery in France and blended with whiskies aged in French oak casks and Sherry butts. Flavors of apples and spice riffing off dried fruits and vanilla hit the palate.
