The generations make decisions together: Michel (one of Burgundy's elder statesmen), Frederic and his wife Chantal and (more recently) one of their daughters, Clothilde.? There is no recipe except an acceptance of the vintage itself, and pressing is considered to be a key act.? On visits to the Burgundy vinyards, some will spend time taking pictures of horses plowing the vineyards, but at Lafarge one photographs the chickens engaged in pest control in?the Cl?s du Ch?teau des Ducs.?
