\nDani Jimenez-Landi's winemaking roots run deep in the DO of Mentrida. He produces exquisite Grenache-based wines from old vines, farmed all organically and biodynamically. All juice ferments with natural yeasts and is aged in large oak barrels. Las Uvas de la Ira' which translates to Grapes of Wrath' is made from old-vine Grenache and shows spicy notes of red fruit, burnt earth, and spice.
