Both Joe and Tracy valued their experience growing up and wanted that same experience for their three girls. They wanted a business that their three girls could be part of. Joe's daily focus in the vineyards and operating Dutton Ranch. Tracy spends her days at Dutton Estate Winery, and oversees the winery and its operations. Their oldest daughter Kyndall, is the winery's Brand Ambassador and works closely with Tracy learning the many aspect of the winery. Kylie and Karmen, during their school breaks, help at the winery.
