At Hunt & Harvest, we produce American Table Wines from renowned growing regions using minimalist winemaking techniques. Naturally occurring aromatics and structure are at the core of every varietal we produce. Fermented in stainless steel, racked to neutral oak barrels if additional fermentation and aging is needed then filtered prior to bottling. The nose is layered with black cherry, blueberries, cassis, and has touches of dark spices, black tea, and charred oak. The palate is fruit forward, supple in the middle and finishes with long, soft tannins. Aging in 25% new French oak barrels adds structure and complexity to the fruit.
