Dried beef, cola, hot cocoa, ripe elderberries and teriyaki show on the nose of this bottling, which is a blend of 37% Grenache, 27% Petite Sirah, 15% Zinfandel, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petite Verdot and 6% Malbec. Black-cherry juice, wild thyme, oregano and smoky flavors show on the palate.?MATT KETTMANN
